As two campus recreation professionals from San Francisco State University (SFSU) we’ll walk you through our journey to implement a programming model across the department that bring together the NIRSA Strategic Values, SFSU Institutional Values, and the core values of the department. 

We’ll provide an overview of the rationale, challenges, and successes throughout the process. Join us to gain insight into how re-focusing programming can be a beneficial step forward in telling the story of campus recreation at your institution.
