Talks with Tiffany will be a three part series involving black female recreation directors asking questions and discussing various aspects of being a black woman in campus recreation, how they work with their staff, work through micro/macroaggressions in the workplace, maintain their mental and physical health and the other many challenges they may face. Participants of this session will be exposed to tactics or strategies needed to assist in navigating obstacles or challenges that often impedes the development and professional growth opportunities of Black women on campus.
