Join NIRSA Director Pam Watts in this live event roundtable.  During this Senior Leadership Ideas in Motion, discussions will focus on Directors under 40 (ish): how are they leading differently and what impact is that having on their programs and staff. There has been a lot of talk about generational differences, the great resignation, challenges with recruiting and retaining staff, and the changing behaviors of students. Within the field, there are millennial directors leading differently with successful impact on their programs and recruiting and retaining staff.  Using the concept of reverse-mentorship, join us to learn from these under-40 leaders.
