NIRSA Wellbeing Collaborative

The NIRSA Wellbeing Collaborative, in partnership with Wellfleet, is a year-long, high-impact initiative that supports campus recreation departments in embedding wellbeing into their culture, operations, and strategy.

Four schools - University of Utah, Towson University, Radford University, and Western Michigan University - were a part of this inaugural initiative; their learnings and experiences can be resources for others looking to strengthen recreation as a setting for student wellbeing on their own campuses.
